Bahrain experiences very hot summers and mild winters, which means you can take advantage of visiting anytime of the year. During the colder months of December to March, the temperature averages -11°C (12°F), and during the summer months, average temperatures can reach 40°C (104°F), sometimes as high as 48°C (118°F) during June and July. Bahrain has a dry climate, with an average rainfall of less than 20 mm a month; the exception is September when rainfall can reach almost 80 mm.
